No Equipment Home Workout|Get Fit February

Being a mum I don't always find time in my day to go to the gym or go out for a run, and sometimes a walk with bubs doesn't cut it and I want a really good workout, but I will always make time for some kind of exercise. I have put together this little workout that Is fantastic it brings up a sweat and you get that good workout burn! Under each exercise I will link a video so you can see how to do the exercise, even the easiest ones ha ha just in case!

35 Squats:

25 Walk Out With Jump Squat:

This is my go to home workout No equiptment needed, it doesn't take long to do so NO EXCUSES! You could definitely add weights to some of the exercises to add that little extra! It works every muscle and I am always sore the next day just like how a good workout should be, give it a try out in the backyard the lounge room do it where ever you can and tell me how you find it!
