Love Beyond.

After 9 long months of waiting, extrememe nervousness, excitment and much preparation. I have finally given birth to my beautiful baby girl. 

The pain you go through through out pregnancy and labour and trust me there is pain, Is all forgotten in that moment when your child is placed in your arms for the first time, and you realise this is the baby you created and will look after for the rest of your life, its a moment that is beyond words, and will never be forgotten. 

Introducing the world to my little angel Sophia Renée Moressi. Born 27.04.14 at 4:07am weighing 7.1 pounds. She is seriously the most perfect girl I have seen (not biased at all) and I can't wait to share with you more pictures and just life in general with Sophia! xx Jess 

Baby's Coming ~ Hospital Bag

My baby could literally come at any time now and I have finally gotten around to packing my hospital bag after Sammie  on to me to get it packed like every day like my life depends on it ha ha, but its done happy Sammie ha?! I personally love seeing what people take in makeup bags, handbags, suitcases so I thought why not do one on my hospital bag.. Since I have Practically spent my last few days reading blogs and watching videos on what other people take!! 

I am taking 2 bags with me, such an over packer but lots of it is babies so an excuse right ha ha!!! 

The bag on top is a Marc Jacobs Core Eliz-A-Baby Diaper bag which looked good online but I actually don't really like it in real life oops haha So I thought why not make use of it and use it as a hospital bag, this bag mostly has babies stuff in it, not all of it but a lot of it, it fits so much. The second 'bag' is a random small suitcase I found, it was the perfect size so why not use it!!! 

So What To Pack: I Just followed what my hospital said to bring, Read online and What Sammie told me so can't take credit ha ha!!

So thats everything .. A lot?! it seems like so much to me, I think I majorly overpacked ha ha.. Probably wont use half the stuff!! Im a bit scared because when Sammie posted her 'Whats in my hospital bag post' she went into labour a couple of days later ha ha!!!! Please tell me if there is something I have missed and should totally have, but I feel like I pretty much have it all! I would show you pictures of everything but there is just way way wayyy too much ha ha... Overpacking problems!!! xx Jessica

Birthday Fashion

The Other night it was my Birthdayyyy!!!!!! I decided to go with a Glitz Meets Audrey theme (full post to come). I wanted something unique something classy. Everyone looked insane, everyone came in black tie. So that meant gowns and suits and everyone looked incredible. I mean who wouldn't look incredible in a gown!!!!

I had 2 dresses for the night. Since It was my birthday and I had 2 dresses I just couldn't decide between and my first one just wasn't that practical for dancing and I love a good dance!!!!

My First Dress of the night was, one of the most incredible dresses I have ever worn. I just died and went to fashion heaven when I saw this. It is a Carla Zampatti Dress. It is dark blue with black large cheetah spots. The Neckline on this dress is what drew me in, I loved how unique it was. Then the peplum on it aghhh!!!!! This dress is perfect in every way too me!!!!!!

This was my second dress. This is A Zachary The Label Dress. This Is so me. The other dress was kind out of my comfort zone, not something I would usually wear. Where as this is me in a dress. And thats why I knew I had to change into it half way through the night. This is the dress I put on when things started to get a bit crazier and I would be able to dance and all that good stuff. 

Jess actually forgot to take a full photo of her in her gown. Aghh Swear ha ha ha!!! But she looked absoloutley stunning, hottest pregnant women ever. I mean look at that sparkly black gown absoloutley perfect. Her dress was by ASOS maternity, which she purchased at the very start of her pregnancy so not sure if its still available. And her Loubs totally pulled this outfit together!!!! And can we take a mo to admire this photo, I mean it doesn't have her hot face in it but the reflection of her beautiful preggo belly, aghh gorge!!!

Over the years you have grown into the most beautiful woman. From the outside. But most of all from within. The Joy you can bring to not just my life but every one around You's life is a pure gift. I have seen you at your weakest, but also at your strongest and not matter what the situation you can still put a smile on your face and walk around like "shits perfect" as you would say, and still make other people smile. No matter what you are going through yourself you are there for everyone, you are the shoulder to lean on and that person you can ball your eyes out too and leave feeling 1000x better. The strength you have inspires me everyday I don't know anyone as strong as you, your strength is a gift you should never let go of. The Mum you are to Ri inspires me as a mum too be. You will always make him your priority. You will always make time to play, to have a cuddle with him. The love you have for him bursts through. And its honestly such a beautiful sight to see. 

Growing up with you I have so many special memories. Going on family holidays (vacas). We would always have the most incredible time being joking,playing,spending quality fam time togethet. Exploring new countries with you is what a i will always remember, your sense of adventure and fun. Our little games we made up, and which I still remember to this day. When we use to dress Jake up in girly clothes and do his makeup.. The photos are priceless. Saturday night sleep overs, Jake and I came into your room and we would stay up late and giggle all night long, until mum and dad would get so annoyed and threaten to seperate us.. No one separates the Malaholin kids!!! You were always our go to girl whenever mum or dad where being 'mean' we would pour out our problems to you expecting you to fix it, whats changed. You would always make us laugh so hard we would cry, our stomachs would hurt. You were and are the most special big sister. 

Sammie, I want you to know you mean the world to everyone. Never change who you are, you are special. Your dry humour, your wack confident kinda sassy personality with a down to earth soul. A sensitive softy on the inside, is you! I hope this post makes you feel special, like you deserve to feel and shows the world how beautiful you really are. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SJ.. No Equipment Home Workout|Get Fit February

Being a mum I don't always find time in my day to go to the gym or go out for a run, and sometimes a walk with bubs doesn't cut it and I want a really good workout, but I will always make time for some kind of exercise. I have put together this little workout that Is fantastic it brings up a sweat and you get that good workout burn! Under each exercise I will link a video so you can see how to do the exercise, even the easiest ones ha ha just in case!

This is my go to home workout No equiptment needed, it doesn't take long to do so NO EXCUSES! You could definitely add weights to some of the exercises to add that little extra! It works every muscle and I am always sore the next day just like how a good workout should be, give it a try out in the backyard the lounge room do it where ever you can and tell me how you find it!
